Artist Anderson Luna of Saved Tattoo in Brooklyn, N.Y., worked on the black symbol, a nod to Harris's grapheme, Count Olaf, on the Netflix drama. The eye-shaped design represents the V.F.D., or Volunteer Fire Section, the organization Count Olaf belongs to on the show and in the Lemony Snicket volume serial.
